Offstreams Archive collects the minimum information needed to run account, archive, comment, and report features.
Information collected
- Account email, display name, profile metadata, submitted records, comments, reports, and technical logs may be processed.
- The site does not ask for real names, phone numbers, addresses, or payment information.
- Report contact email is optional and used only to review the reported issue; it may be retained with report records after account deletion for moderation and rights-review integrity.
Service providers
- Supabase is used for authentication, database, and storage.
- Netlify is used for hosting and serverless functions.
- External metadata or streaming checks may contact services such as MusicBrainz, Discogs, Spotify, or iTunes Search when configured.
User rights
- You may update your profile, delete your own comments, request account deletion, and report incorrect or infringing content.
- Some audit records may be retained in limited form for abuse prevention and service integrity.
