Community and Submission Guidelines
These guidelines keep the archive useful, low-risk, and focused on physical media documentation.
Allowed
- Physical release metadata such as artist, album, format, label, year, barcode, and catalog number.
- Image proof of physical media, including front cover, back cover, media label, inserts, and related packaging.
- YouTube links as outbound evidence only. Other link types are not accepted in user submissions or comments.
Not allowed
- Audio uploads, audio playback, music downloads, stream rips, stems, or links primarily intended for piracy.
- PDF uploads, non-image proof files, or images you do not have permission to submit.
- Harassment, spam, deceptive metadata, or comments unrelated to archive review.
